The Raptraumfabrik was born in 1999 during a history lesson about the Roman Empire. For no less than eleven years I’m kicking styles now and there is still no end in sight…

At first the lyrics were only a welcome change to the daily school routine but then, eventually, I wanted to put the lines on a beat. Besides, it was at least a legal pastime besides bombing and smoking. Long story short, I got hold of some instrumentals of American hiphop-tracks. I recorded all the lyrics one-take with a live mic and put it directly on the beat. From today’s view, the results could have been better but back in the days it was only about producing a track and having something to listen to and to show around...

Through the years the rhymes and topics became more complex and the flow more filed. Of course I always dreamed about having my own beats to produce a complete track which completely was my baby. In 2005 my man ‘Juice’ started producing and since then we sample, record and mix most of the songs together...and we still do...

Now it’s 2010 and eventually the homepage is online. Finally the Raptraumfabrik is part of this global information system and everyone is able to listen to my words and to tell me what he or she thinks about it. Thus I achieved another goal. Next on the agenda there is the album pressed on vinyl...

I wanna thank everybody who supported me and who will keep up supporting me. I’d like to thank those who made me who I am. I’m making music for all those who love it and who can find themselves in the lyrics.
